Huntington's disease, also known as Huntington's chorea, is a rare, genetic, neurodegenerative disorder that affects the brain. Over time, Patients depend more and more on the love and care of their Care Partners. This close relationship, as well as the tenacity and hopefulness of the small, tightly-knit HD community, inspired the branding for the online community: bright, bold, optimistic, and honest - with a focus on relationships and the preservation of more moments.
